This event is organized by the Broadway Church of Christ. It will be held Saturday, October 19, 2024, from 8 a.m. until noon. The event will be on Wilson Stage on Paducah's riverfront with a walk to support building fresh water wells in developing countries. The walkers will use city sidewalks and rights-of-way on the dry side of the floodwall along Water Street to Jefferson Street to 2nd Street to Madison Street to 3rd Street to Harrison Street to North 4th to the Convention Center. Walkers will then walk the Greenway Trail and turn around at Burnett Street.
The floodwall entrance at Broadway will be closed to vehicular traffic.
