Street Beats scheduled for Friday, August 28 is postponed until Friday, September 4 due to the heavy rain and wind expected tomorrow from the remnants of Hurricane Laura. Ian Bastida will perform on that date.
There will be Street Beats this Saturday featuring Miki and Alex with the September 4 date as the final event for the season. This summer, the Parks and Recreation Department has supported local musicians and provided a musical ambience for those partaking in Paducah’s downtown by organizing live music from 6 until 8 p.m. at the gazebo located 2nd Street and Broadway.
