Commission Priorities - 2024
After holding strategic planning sessions on February 6 and 10, 2024, to review the 2023 priorities and accomplishments, the Board determined the 2024 priorities which were adopted at the February 27 meeting. The Board selected ten Commission Priorities and five Continuous Improvement items. Substantial updates on specific tactics will be provided when necessary. The Board of Commissioners and City Manager's Office are involved in each priority item.

The Paducah Board of Commissioners held a strategic planning session in February 2022 to review the 2021 priorities and determine the 2022 priorities. The Board adopted 10 Commission Priorities on March 22, 2022. The Board also identified three items that were priority action items in 2021 for continued focus as Continuous Improvement Items.
